Currently, I'm a Software Engineer & Application Manager at the City of San Antonio, where I'm the sole engineer responsible for three enterprise platforms serving thousands of city residents daily — managing incidents, performance, and the full SDLC in a regulated government environment.
Outside of my day job I build AI-powered products. TradeWithArty.com is a full-stack AI trading platform I designed and shipped end-to-end using Next.js, the Claude API, and OpenAI — live with active users. I also maintain ForexBot, an autonomous trading agent that executes live trades via containerized agentic inference pipelines.
